"Waiting on Wednesday" is a weekly meme hosted by Breaking The Spine that features highly anticipated new book releases!

Why I'm Waiting On November 9

Colleen Hoover is by far my favorite New Adult author.  I've read nearly all of her books.  So, there is no way I'm going to miss this one.  Aside from the fact that Hoover is an auto-buy author for me, there are a couple of other reasons why I plan to pick up November 9.

That premise is so intriguing.  The fact that these two characters "continue to meet on the same date every year" reminds me of another one of my favorite books -- One Day by David Nicholls.  I really liked how that "one day" idea worked out in Nicholls' book, so I'm curious to see how Hoover incorporates it into her story.

Also, there's that last line of the synopsis: "...Until one day Fallon becomes unsure if Ben has been telling her the truth or fabricating a perfect reality for the sake of the ultimate plot twist."  Ummm, I kind of love plot twists (that are well done, i.e. kernels have been dropped throughout the story that hint to the twist, rather than a completely random bomb hitting us out of nowhere).  Especially Colleen Hoover's plot twists -- they're always incredibly emotional and heartwrenching  So, I am definitely excited to read this one!
