Well, hello!
I hope you're having a great start to your week. If not, then the prospect of a new, free book should brighten your day.
That's right. I am proud to announce that I am officially orchestrating my very first book giveaway for Girl Writes Reviews. And, hopefully there will be many more in the future.
So, here is how this is going to work:
I am going to conduct this giveaway through BookDepository.com which means that it is and international giveaway (as long as Book Depository ships to your country).
The giveaway winner can choose any book(s) that total $20 or less. The book(s) you choose does not have to be any of the books pictured above. Maybe you want Fangirl: Special Limited Edition (Hardback) which is $18.16. Okay! Or, maybe you'd like the paperback versions of Throne of Glass and We Were Liars which total $19.51. That's great. As long as your order is no more than $20, you're good to go! How does that sound? It sounds pretty darn awesome to me!
This giveaway ends on October 15th!
So, let's get down to it! I hope you guys are as excited as I am about this.

Good luck with your first ever giveaway! Hope I win!:P
ReplyDeleteThanks, Kim! Fingers crossed.
DeleteI'm just going to comment here because I'm lazy. Haha. My top two favorite books are The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky and The Humans by Matt Haig. I would highly recommend both of those books. :)
ReplyDeleteI've read Perks, but I haven't even heard of The Humans. I'll check it out! Thanks for the recommendations and thanks for entering!
DeleteThank you for this giveaway! I hope your first one ever goes well. You've also got quite a nice blog here as well :)

ReplyDeleteThanks for entering, Giselle. Glad you like my blog design (I paid a pretty penny for it) ;)
DeleteThanks for hosting this giveaway!
ReplyDeleteI'm going to recommend one of my all-time favourite books... although it is quite long and drama-ish so I'm not sure if it's your cup of tea... Helene Wecker's The Golem and the Jinni. Have a look and see if it's your thing!
This plot sounds really interesting, and it's got some pretty good ratings on GoodReads. We'll see if I get around to it. I'm making a note! Thanks for the recommendation and thanks for entering!
DeleteHello Teisha, thanks for holding this giveaway, I love being able to participate and wish me luck. Not many books written by international authors I read, I still read books local Indonesian *oh ya, hello from Indonesia. Perhaps, if I see your profile picture in GR, I suggested to read The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane. Although I know this is actually not possible, given the genre that you like including adult genre, I recommend this book to read with your daughter/sister. Ah, my knowledge of the book that recommendation is not much. Sorry :D
ReplyDeleteHi, Asy-syifaa! Wow, Indonesia? That's incredible. Thanks for your recommendation and thanks for entering the giveaway!
DeleteMy favorites are Robin LaFevers books.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the chance! I recomend you one of my favorite books: Eleanor and Park
